Chain Wheel
Chain wheels are clamp-on manual override accessories that convert overhead or pit-mounted valve handwheel rotation into safe floor-level pull-chain operation, eliminating ladders and scaffolding. Built as heavy-duty three-spoke pocketed wheels in ductile iron (GGG50) or SS304/SS316 with anti-jump chain guides, concentric J-bolt clamps and zinc-plated/passivated hardware, they fit DN50–DN1200 valves without disassembly. Traits: no power needed, low torque surge resistance, corrosion-proof, non-sparking option, OEM customizable.
