Veyron Valve’s Stainless Steel Chain Wheel is engineered specifically to eliminate paint-flaking and rust contamination. Fabricated from solid SS304 or SS316, this unpainted, electropolished actuator withstands harsh CIP (Clean-in-Place) chemicals, acidic sanitizers, and marine atmospheres, ensuring full compliance with international sanitary and safety regulations.
As visible in our heavy-duty design, this wheel avoids complex cast pockets where moisture, bacteria, or corrosive salts can harbor.
Smooth-Finished Welds: The solid spoke arms are welded to the hub using gas-tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and passivated. This eliminates surface porosity and micro-cracks.
